Thierry Gadou is the Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vusion, the global leader in AI-powered digitalization solutions for physical retail. Since joining the company in 2012, he has led its transformation from an electronic shelf label provider with €63 million in revenue to a global group surpassing €1,5 billion in 2025. Under his leadership, Vusion has pioneered the introduction of cutting-edge technologies and AI to revolutionize how retailers operate and engage with customers in stores around the world.

Before Vusion, Thierry Gadou worked for 20 years in consulting, including 3 years at Deloitte as a Partner and 4 years at Atos Consulting as CEO.

Thierry Gadou graduated from Ecole des Mines de Paris in 1990.
