Sergio Bucher has been a Member of the Otto Group Executive Board since February 1, 2020, where he is responsible for Brands and Retail. In his position, Sergio is the Chairman of the Board of a number of Group companies, such as Crate & Barrel in the US, Freemans & Grattan in the UK, Manufactum and Frankonia in Germany and Otto International, the sourcing arm of the group, in Hong Kong.

A graduate of applied mathematics and holder of Swiss and Spanish citizenship, he enjoyed considerable success at various companies, including Inditex, Puma and Nike. He worked as Vice President Amazon Fashion Europe from 2013 to 2016, where he played a key role in shaping the Fashion segment in this company. Sergio most recently worked as Chief Executive Officer of the British department store group Debenhams.
