Paola is Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Pepe Jeans, she is responsible for leading the strategy of strengthening Pepe Jeans collections with products that offer the right value proposition for both customers and the business. Product design and development and full production will be under her strategic vision and leadership.

Born in Spain, Paola studied in Milan and later moved to the Netherlands. During her 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, Paola has worked for brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and McGregor. She has extensive international experience in leading 360º product teams, from brand vision to strategic consumer sensitivity. She has a strong knowledge of design and a professional profile closely linked to product.
