With over 20 years experience spanning Formulating, Production, Marketing and Customer experience in Beauty & Personal Care, Natasha has been a Flagbearer of putting India on the Global Map for Quality, Efficacy & Results.

Natasha is driven with Purpose to create an Impact in an industry driven by exaggerated promises, breaking the  circle of toxic chemicals & fashionable ingredients.

A Trailblazer in her relentless pursuit of a world where every ingredient is chosen with care, every formulation is crafted with intention, and every voice is heard, even those of the silent and voiceless. Natasha is not only reshaping the landscape of Personal Care, but also inspiring a generation to stand up, speak out, and make a difference.

Second, providing the Tribals and Women that we employ with clean happy working environments, enabling them to achieve Greater Economic Independence.

Third to be not just a Cruelty Free label, but to actually feed and take care of Stray Animals on the streets of India.

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Sir J.J School of Arts, has won the 10000 Women Goldman Sachs Scholarship Management Program, Supply chain management Specialization ISB Hyderabad, the Cherie Blair Women Entrepreneurship Program, the Stanford STP program and is currently a first year student at The G J Advani Law College.
