Since February 2022, Nadine has led the EMEA regional strategy for the business across 16 affiliates, spanning approximately 80 countries and territories and an incredibly diverse consumer landscape. With +20 years’ experience in the beauty industry, including in companies such as Parfumerie Douglas and The Nuance Group, Nadine fosters creativity and innovation by implementing business models that are future-facing and promoting talent, transformation and growth.
