Falguni Nayar is the Founder & CEO of Nykaa, India’s largest  omni-channel beauty and lifestyle destination. Prior to founding Nykaa a decade ago, Falguni was Managing Director at Kotak Mahindra Investment Bank. She is also on the Board of several companies like Kotak Securities and Dabur India. Nykaa was recently named a Time100 Most Influential Company of 2022. Falguni is based in India.
