Fahed Ghanim is the CEO of Majid Al Futtaim – Lifestyle. In his role, Ghanim manages world renowned brands across Home, Fashion, Beauty, Specialty Retail, and Multiband Concepts, while developing omnichannel expansion strategies for high growth markets and new concepts.
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle has more than 70 stores and 22 digital platforms across six markets in the Middle East and holds exclusive licensing rights for lululemon, LEGO, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, AllSaints, Psycho Bunny, Eleventy, Shiseido, Poltrona Frau, Cecotti, Alessi, Crate & Barrel, CB2 and THAT, a Majid Al Futtaim multi brand concept store and app.
Recognised as an authority in the Middle East retail landscape, Ghanim is a sought-after speaker at industry events throughout the region. His expertise lies in growth hacking and turnarounds, including the successful transformation and IPO of L'azurde PLC, a prominent Saudi-based jewelry company, marking his third business turnaround during his career. Most recently, Ghanim has achieved unprecedented success as CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, quadrupling the business since assuming the role five years ago.
Ghanim's remarkable track record extends to the launch and growth of internationally renowned brands in the Middle East, including Bvlgari, Boucheron, Pomellato, Gucci, Harvey Nichols Dubai, L'azurde, LEGO, and lululemon to name a few. His journey in the real estate industry included overseeing various high-profile projects, including intricate negotiations for a groundbreaking partnership deal with The Trump Organization, culminating in a $1.5 billion development.
Ghanim is a board member of multiple organisations and holds an MBA degree with distinction from ESCP Europe Business School.
