Eric Wokabi is a business leader in Kenya, currently operating in the Service Design Consultancy space where a Human-centered approach to Customer Experience underpins the high-quality products and services they produce at Marathon XP. He has experience in board and executive leadership, and in management. He is known for his ability to create a vision and strategy and to help build an international brand while mobilizing people, to deliver results.

Eric has served on several boards in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. His executive leadership competencies include creating a vision and strategy, promoting innovation and guiding change; collaborating with partners and stakeholders; building equity in a business, and managing business operations. He has a proven track record of growing customer base and revenue streams across markets, developing meaningful relationships to foster good business collaboration, and delivering business solutions in line with strategic growth. Overall, Eric Wokabi is a highly accomplished business leader and consultant with a wealth of experience in leadership and management.

Prior to joining MARATHON XP where he is the Country General Manager, he was a co-founder of several Fintech start-ups and also a Co-founder of a leading beauty brand SUZIEBEAUTYLTD. This was preceded by his many years in operations in the financial services sector both in Nairobi, Kenya, and New York which includes AIG GLOBAL INVESTMENTS, DEUTSCHE BANK, and AMERICAN EXPRESS
