When I created my brand, the beauty industry was ripe for disruption and I had a clear vision for what I wanted to create. I identified the customer need state for revolutionary products and revolutionary ways of shopping. I wanted to make it easy to choose and easy to use and I wanted to reignite retail theatre in the beauty space. I have a wealth of gratitude to Demetra and my incredible Dream Team, the investors who believed in us at the very beginning and the wonderful retail partners who have been on this journey with us.
